Crazy Egor's Information - What we Do

Crazy Egor's sells both new and old games. We are one of the top rare game dealers in the US. We have our warehouse store, an additional storage warehouse as well as separate convention stock that travels to shows. We have tens of thousands of items in stock. We may not always have everything on hand but we can, and have, found almost everything over time for our customers.

We use e-bay for a tiny amount of our excess product. To find anything in particular, please write to us with your mailing address and place an entry into our Want List System. If we do not have the item available at the time you request, the want list will ‘filter’ future acquisitions so that whomever requested an item first, will be offered the opportunity to purchase it prior to being placed for ‘open’ sale. It may take a while to find certain items but we are persistent and will continue to hunt until we find one for you.

BUYING STUFF: You may place orders through e-mail, phone, regular mail, or in person. The store location is in Western New York State. Contact information is at the bottom of this file. Just because something is not currently available does not mean we do not have it, or cannot get it over time. WE FIND EVERYTHING

Items NOT YET AVAILABLE are entered as pre-orders. When it arrives we will send a written quotation to arrange for release and to see if you need anything else.

Items are frequently available at different qualities and price levels. You can always specify, just 'playable', 'un-punched only', shrink wrapped only or any other requirements. We will do our best to obtain all items exactly to your specifications. EVERY product sold by Crazy Egor's is guaranteed complete. We even certify against manufacturer's defects. We check it, we sort things, and components are bagged.

OUT-OF-STOCK: We work hard to insure that our information is accurate. Many times, an item listed as in print, that may even have been available to us the previous week, will suddenly disappear. Sometimes this is simply out of stock at our suppliers, sometimes out of stock at the manufacturer, sometimes out of print. We love this industry but its history of volatility is legend.

If an item you order is temporarily out of stock, we will delay your order slightly while we try our top-level suppliers. We will ship as soon as we are able. Some of our major suppliers take several weeks to process even small orders. If we cannot ship within a reasonable amount of time we will contact you and keep hunting. We close orders when this happens and pass the back-order to our want list system.

We do NOT automatically ship back-orders. The credit card information from a closed order is not retained for your protection. We will send you a written quotation when we locate any back-ordered item. This will allow you to combine it to save shipping and to ensure you are still interested. Out of production items automatically will be forwarded to the Want List.

PUBLICATIONS: We do not publish catalogs of what we have on hand. Such things are seldom worthwhile since they are obsolete before they are printed.

We can help you with information on what was produced and have many reference books and old catalogs. We can also provided certain product listings of out of print items (like a TSR master list, Traveller master list, GDW Listing, etc.) and references from Heroic Worlds and other publications at our cost. These can be particularly useful for determining 'want list' requests.
