We have thousands of items on hand at any one time but we may not always have the exact item you are looking for when you make the request. For everything not currently available, we enter you into our Want List Database. We can, and have, found almost everything over time for our customers during ourthirty years in this industry.

HOW THE WANT LIST WORKS: All want list requests are entered into a master database by the date requested. We purchase large private collections frequently. The want list, acts as a filter on these collections. Any item in a collection, that a customer had requested, will be offered to them BEFORE it goes out into 'open' stock for anyone else to buy.

Items are frequently available at different qualities and price levels. You can always specify, just 'playable', 'un-punched only', shrink wrapped only or any other requirements. We will do our best to obtain all items exactly to your specifications. EVERY product sold by Crazy Egor's is guaranteed complete. We even certify against manufacturer's defects. We check it, we sort it andwe bag and verify components.

When we find an item you were looking for and you are at the top of the list, we set it aside and send you a written quotation. This item is being held just for you and no one else can purchase it until we hear from you. We always mail quotations since there is important information that needs to accompany our offers. When you get a quotation on an item, you then have the OPTION to buy the item. If you turn the item down the next person will be offered the item and it will be deleted from your list. If you accept, payment terms must be set up as described in the quotation. We can extend the hold on an item if you contact us. We also have a very reasonable lay-away plan.

If you wish to pass, or prefer a different option, (like getting a game at lesser price/condition) simply contact us and we will keep you at the top of the list. We NEVER require that you purchase an item we find for you, only that you respond to our letter.

If you fail to contact us, we will send you a 'kill-card' and pass the item on to the next person. In fairness to others, please contact us quickly when you do not want an item. READ THE LETTER WE SEND, CAREFULLY. If we request confirmation of your want list, your file is inactive UNTIL and UNLESS you respond (send back the confirmation letter or green card). Any time you receive a kill card; your want list will be made inactive until you respond to the confirmation request.

We can mail you a copy of your 'want list' at any time. Making changes on our confirmation forms is the best way to update your want list and guarantees that you retain your original request date and place in line. Please be sure to forward us any change of address when it occurs so we do not lose you.

Whenever an item is reprinted, all our want list customers on file automatically receive a courtesy quotation of the reprint.

We try hard to search our entire inventory when we receive a want list request. There may be occasions where you find an item you requested in our convention stock. This is simply an oversight on our part since convention stock sometimes stays packed in the truck during the periods betweenshows. There are also times when we have consigned items at conventions that we are not allowed to offer to our mail order customers.

We always try to do our best for our customers. We thank you for your understanding. It may take time to find things but WE ARE PERSISTENT. We will hunt for your items until we find them.

* Manufacturer (if known);

* Stock or catalog number (optional)

* Condition required: playable, un-punched, punched only, just playable, etc. This is particularly important if condition matters to you. We guarantee that every item we sell is complete. We have stood by this guarantee for more than30 years.

* Acceptable price range (optional): We will advise you if market prices make your option difficult or impossible to attain. We set prices solely on market conditions, collectible demand, rarity, value and condition of product. If a price cannot be achieved due to market conditions, we will advise you.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, checks, domestic and international postal money orders, Paypaland even stamps for small balances (under $10.00).

PUBLICATIONS: We do not publish catalogs of what we have on hand. Such things are seldom worthwhile since they are obsolete before they are printed.

We can help you with information on what was produced and have many reference books and old catalogs. We can also provided certain product listings of out of print items (like a TSR master list, Traveller master list, Middle Earth master list, GDW Listing, etc.) and references from Heroic Worlds and other publications at our cost. These can be particularly useful for determining 'want list' requests.
